Larry Pflughoeft joined OfficeLease in 1991 to focus exclusively on tenant and buyer representation. Larry’s extensive background in financing, development, and marketing of office buildings, business parks, and apartments for regional and national companies includes a finance and administration role on the management team in charge of the reconstruction of Pike Place Market.
Larry enjoys dealing with physical properties as well as abstract concepts. He provides the due diligence that each transaction deserves. Larry wants every client to be completely satisfied with the high level of service that the OfficeLease team provides. What drives him is to have clients be exceptionally satisfied and to know that no one could have done a better job on their behalf. He appreciates the OfficeLease team chemistry and values that permeate throughout the office, including integrity, respect, and humor.
Larry earned his MBA from the University of Washington. He has served on the Board of the Downtown Seattle YMCA and was chair of the Finance Committee and the Building Committee for the downtown YMCA’s $15 million remodel. Larry is also an active cyclist and enjoys tennis.
