Paul Suzman brings decades of expertise, experience and proven results to the arenas of tenant and buyer representation.  He and his team work collaboratively with clients to provide counsel, expertise, and guidance to help them make the right real estate decisions to further their business progress. Paul finds great joy in learning about other people’s businesses and has earned a stellar reputation and the trust of some of the Pacific Northwest region's leading companies.  His savvy negotiation skills, keen knowledge of the Puget Sound commercial real estate market, and the quality, integrity and thoughtfulness of his counsel has helped build the company’s strong reputation through the years.  The words clients use to describe him and his approach to solving real estate challenges include: "first class service", "real professionalism”, "understanding of human nature”,"responsive, flexible and creative", "focuses on client's best interests", and "a class act.”  Paul demonstrates his capabilities through extraordinary thoughtfulness, preparation, and performance to achieve results that clients can count on transaction after transaction, over many years.

Paul attended Hilton College and then University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa and immigrated to Seattle in 1979.  He has served on the boards of several local companies and non-profit organizations including University of Washington Presidents Club, Seattle Repertory Theatre, and Henry Act Gallery.  He was a founding member of the Washington Software Alliance and is active in Seattle Rotary Club and on the board of Pacific Science Center and VillageReach.  Paul is also a member of the Washington Athletic and Seattle Tennis Clubs and is an avid cyclist. Paul has served as faculty on numerous real estate seminars including the Law Seminars International's Advanced Commercial Real Estate Leases Conference for the past four years. He has authored numerous papers and articles on the subject of lease negotiation. Paul's most memorable moment was introducing Nelson Mandela at a Rotary and Seattle Symphony function at Benaroya Hall in December of 1999.
