Frances Sullivan began her career with OfficeLease in 1994 after graduating college and has since stayed, serving as office manager for over a decade. Raised on a working cattle ranch Frances studied agriculture and business in New Mexico and surprised her family by moving to Seattle and choosing to work in a field quite different than agri-business.
Frances, who holds a Washington State real estate licence, enjoys the ongoing process of learning about the tenant representation business and working with OfficeLease team members and their clients to help them achieve their goals. Her position encompasses roles in accounting, bookkeeping, and administration. Frances says the work days just fly by as she works with a great group of people to create quality results for clients. The OfficeLease team is like a second family, and she can’t imagine working anywhere else.
