I’ve been a real estate attorney for over 30 years and have known Paul Suzman and his company for over 10 years. I would regard him as a very capable and experienced office leasing broker and consultant. As a specific example, I served on the WSBA facilities committee some time ago when we were interviewing commercial tenant representatives to assist WSBA in deciding whether to renegotiate its lease or relocate to a better suited location, and to also act as WSBA’s “guide” and point of contact through the process. The committee needed someone who thoroughly understood the local real estate market, who knew and was known by the various developers and building owners, their points of indifference and where and how reasonable leverage might best be applied during negotiations.
